Vitamin B helps protect from cancer in the rectum, breast, and colon. You can find vitamin B in breakfast cereals, orange juice, melons, strawberries, and whole wheat products.
Other sources of folate are sunflower seeds, asparagus, and eggs. You can always find pills to take, but it is always better to eat healthier.
You have to cut back on processed meats like bologna, hot dogs, and deli meats. If you are like me a cannibal, you prefer meat over starch and vegetables. But the less meat you eat, the healthier you become.
Green Tea is great for everything. This tea helps prevent or slow down the development of cancer. You have to keep this tea in your kitchen cabinets. You need to drink as much of this tea as you can.
And last but not least, drink more water. This is so hard for me because I am don’t drink a lot of water. But when your urine looks and smells yucky, you have to start drinking more water. You have to intake 8 to 10 cups a day.
Foods with healthy bacteria help to fight cancer. Jockers (2018) wrote, “Try adding fermented dairy products such as yogurt and kefir with live cultures from grass-fed cows to your diet. Cultured vegetables, Kombucha, sauerkraut, and other fermented foods and beverages are also sources of good bacteria.
