Start your morning off right

                  Everyone is concern about material things, but the most important things in life are our faith, family, and health. America has seen so much sadness and despair lately.  Therefore, we should start every day with thanksgiving and humbleness. When we start our day off right, we can tackle problems better because we are relaxed and not emotional.  Here is are some ways that you can start your morning right.


                 I have started listening to “Our Daily Bread” every morning.  This helps me to remember that God is the most important thing in my life.  Without his grace, I would have given up.  You can go to the “Our daily bread” website and have it delivered to your email address.   This makes it easier for you to access.


                Another way to start your day off right is by meditating.  When you first wake up, you can meditate on something positive.  You can lay or sit in your bed.  You can get up and sit on the floor.   There are a lot of videos on YouTube that you can use if you are a beginner. Meditation is a great way to relax and keep your cool.    


                Exercising is the best way to start the day.  Your body will be relaxed during the day.  Exercising also helps with your heart rate, blood pressure and more.  Even if you are tense during the day, your heart rate and blood pressure will stay low if you exercise. 

You can do all three of these suggestions if you like. Successful people make sure that they start their morning off fresh and positive.  You will also be able to pass on positive emotions to others by starting your morning off right.   Be ready for the storms in your life by adopting a positive routine every morning.
