Life after bullying

Bullying has become the new poster child for America.  I remembered being bullied as a child and it was not fun.  You have to remind yourself that God does not make junk and he has a plan for you.  If you let this one situation take you off your given path, you will not fulfill your heavenly journey.  It hurts like hick, but you have to stay strong,  You have to defeat the negative feelings that you feel after your have been rejected.

The one thing that I remember is that bullies have issues.  Who in their right mind would go out of their way to hurt someone?  They are not getting paid to hurt you unless there are reality stars.  They cannot get into heaven by hurting this person, so what does a bully gain from hurting you?  The bully gains nothing.  The enemy will win two souls if you hold on to these negative emotions.

Here are some verses that will help you kick these negative emotions:

Proverbs 15:18.  A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel.

Proverbs 16:32. Better a patient person than a warrior,   one with self-control than one who takes a city

Proverbs 29:22.  An angry person stirs up conflict,   and a hot-tempered person commits any sins.

We used to say, “you are not the boss of me’.  This is would let the other person know that they cannot tell me what to do.  You have to have remember this when someone bullies you.  A bully is not the boss of you. Let the bully know that God is in charge of your life.  The next steps that you take is:   protect yourself, get away from the bully, and pray for God to deliver you both from this situation.
