Hi everyone, and welcome to Money Saving Monday. As I promised, we are going to look at ways to make money. I wanted to touch on the opportunity of freelance writing. You can do what I do, blog. You can apply for different online writing companies, or sign up for online job boards. I want to be honest with you. At first, you are not going to make that much money. When you get yourself established, you can make a lot of money as a freelance writer. I have been writing since I was in fifth grade. I have the passion, but I did not put in the hours that it took to make money. I work a fulltime job, well, two full time jobs because when I am off from work, I write. I love writing, and if you like writing too, you can make a lot of money. Another thing that I did not do is network. Now, I look for blogging and writing communities to join. These communities gave me information that was so helpful. You can look in your local area, and online for these communities. The next thing to do is to sit down and write. If you need further help, go to the library and get a book about writing, or take a course. There is a lot of information on how to structure your blog, website, short story, or novel. You will be surprised at the opportunities out there. I almost forgot. Go to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Linken, or any other social media site, and search for writing jobs or education on writing. Here is some information that can help you launch your freelance writing career. I have so much information that I am overwhelm with opportunities.
