Help with sleep

I am still fighting with insomnia.  I cannot believe that after all these years, I still cannot go to sleep.  If you go to the doctor, they will give you some medicine like Ambien or Zolpidem.  These medicines are not super drugs.  They have some benefits, but you have to do what it takes to get your body right.

Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks to keep you from becoming hungry.  Make sure that you get some fiber in your diet today.  Getting the nutrients that you need will balance your body and you will get the rest that you need.

You also need to drink some tea for sleep.  You can get some holy basil, chamomile, honey, and lemon balm.    Honey is to make it sweet.  You can put these herbs in an empty tea bag and dip the bag in hot water before bed.  This tea should help you get some rest.  Try some other herbal supplements that help with sleep.  It is always best to use herbs as teas.

Exercising every day for at least thirty minutes will help you get to sleep.  If you relax your body, sleep will come easy.  Being stress or depressed only makes it harder for your body to relax.  Make sure that you do some yoga.  Meditation will relax your body too. The more exercises that you do will make it easier for you to go to sleep.

Sleep is one of the biggest problems that Americans faces.  Most people get less than six hours of sleep when doctors recommend that we get eight or more.  Getting the proper rest has to be an important factor in your life.  You cannot keep depriving your body what it needs.  Lay down and get you some sleep before you lay down permanently.
