Get ready for the Winter

It is time to get ready for the winter.  It is time to make sure that our bodies are ready for the winter.  Fall is the best time to get ready for the winter.  Some of the old remedies are still the best remedies to use to stay healthy.  The one thing that physicians recommends is flu shoots.  You can get a flu shoot from your doctor’s office or local pharmacy.

Here is a recipe that I found in an article “Green Ways To Fight Colds & The Flu”.

Add in 1 tablespoon of honey, up to 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 5 to 10 drops of biocidin, your vitamin C source (¼ freshly squeezed lemon, up to 1 teaspoon camu camu, or ¼ teaspoon magnesium ascorbate), 3 drops of oil of oregano (1:1 dilution), 5 to 10 drops GFSE, and 2 dropperfuls of herbal tincture. Drink a glass of this one to three times per day until you are better and feel like you’re no longer fighting the virus.

Drink 8 cups of water and Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes, everyday. I want you to go shopping today for some vitamin supplements.  You need A, B, C, D, and iron.  Your body is about to start changing and in this weather, you do not want to get sick.  I want you to write in journal how you are feeling. I mean physically and mentally.  If you are feeling poorly, stop the plan, and consult your physician.  Today I want you to eat smaller portions.  Snack on healthy foods.  You can nuts, fruits, and veggies.  I also want you to start research how are you going to get some extra fiber in your body.  I am going to buy a fiber drink.   There are some recipes on the internet for soups and other foods that you can use for fiber.  You can also use a tea or herbs.
