Years ago I attended a Boot Camp at Stax Exercising Center located on South Tryon Road, Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a free camp.  I highly recommend you to try it out.  It is great to exercise with others.  You are surrounded by like-minded people who want to stay in shape.  I have really been slacking off this year, but I am going to join other exercising classes and I want to encourage you to do the same.  Here are some reasons why you should.


I sucked at Boot Camp because I was out of shape, but the trainers were cool and patient.  I was the last person to finish every routine.  They still gave me high five and that motivated me to try to work harder.  I really like working out with other people, even though, I was the weakest link.  I would have stopped a long time ago, but since I was encouraged by the trainers and others, I finished.  Motivation will help you to finish too.

You will feel great inside out

When you finish, you will feel great on the inside because of the accomplishment that you made.  If it takes a long time for you to commit to exercising like me, you need to work out with others.  You heart beat and blood pressure will lower and you will boost your confidence.  When you feel good on the inside, you will be able to be more mindful and attentive.


Find an exercising group to join today. You will receive so many benefits by joining.  Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks to keep you from becoming hungry.  Make sure that you get some fiber in your diet today. We have to work off that Christmas and New Year’s dinner.
