Use Nature

  1. Mind – It is nothing better than a beautiful winter day. The weather is warm, so you can go outside without a big coat on.  Ferguson, E. MD. stated “The transfer of energy from earthing causes an immediate sense of well-being and relaxation,”  When she says “earthing” she means nature.  This is the cheapest, easiest, and fastest way to relax.  When you walk through a park, you are at one with nature.  So whenever you can please go out and enjoy God’s beauty.  It might rain outside today, but whenever you get a chance, use nature to help you relax and stay in Auto-Pilot. Talk a walk or just sit and look at the birds, bees, flowers, and trees.
  2. Body – Drink 8 cups of water and Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes. Make sure you fill up with healthy snacks like fruit, protein, and veggies.  This will keep you from getting hungry and you will eat less.  Eat salad today.  See if you can eliminate meat from your diet for a couple of days and you will feel better.  Whenever the weather gets better, talk a walk.  This will help your heart.
  3. Soul –  Read: JOB 12: 7-10 7 “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; 8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. 9 Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this?   10 In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
