Take a Break from Work

We spend most of life at work.  We spend 8 or more hour a day, five days a week, and over 20 days a month.  We spend more time at work than with our family.   We need to take a break from work.  I do not mean a vacation, but we need to find a special place to relax our mind while we are work.  We cannot take our jobs personal.  Nothing in business is personal, so we have to go the special place when work is stressful.

It is hard for us to balance our life when it comes to working.  Some of us take our jobs home even though we are off.  It is important to remember that you have to work hard, so we have to play hard.  So today I want you to find a space in your life where you can let go of work.

Try to eat your lunch alone, so you can meditate.  You can sit in your car or away from everybody in the break room.  Buy someone dollar earphones and listen to some relaxing music.  You can have more than one special space at work because your co-workers might be in the way.

You can sit at your desk or station and meditate.  Just close your eyes for one minute.  Think about something positive or think about a verse.  Try to take 10 deep breaths and then get back to work.  When you have another minute, take 10 more deep breaths and meditate.  Do not do it too much because you might be in trouble.

The techniques that I am telling you to use seems worthless.  But these will help you to be stressed out at work.   If you practice relaxing at work, you will be more productive at work and you will feel better when you get home.
