Body check

Self-love begins with paying attention to your needs, so do what is right.  Check your body every now  and then to make sure that are no bumps or skin discolorations.  If you catch certain problems checked early, you can save your life.   You need to pay close attention to your body, so you can act quickly to heal yourself.  I can attest that not paying attention to your body can land you in the morgue.

Check at anytime

Check your body in a bathtub.  You can check yourself on the bed and while sitting down watching television. Use a mirror or your hand. Check it during meditation by using the body scan technique.  If you find something different, google it or talk it over with your doctor.   When you get a treatment plan, take care of yourself to help the healing.

Practice Healthy Habit

Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks to keep you from becoming hungry.  Make sure that you get some fiber in your diet today.  Work on some exercising techniques.  Make sure you do a facial, pedicure, manicure, and massage.  If you are tired, you need to research and get the nutrients that you need. If you feel different call your physician or nurse to get professional help.

Find natural cures

Mix up your treatment plan.  Don’t rely on medicines and drugs for your treatment plans.  Reseach and find some herbal recipes.  These are easy to find and make.  Try different recipes to see what works best for you.

Remember that your body can heal on its own, but you need to get medical attention with infections or other serious health issues.   Talk over everything with your doctor.  You can track your progress by journaling.  So, do a body check, and stay healthy.
