Fruit is healthy. I usually eat an apple, orange, and grapes. I do not venture out and try a new fruit. That is a problem that I know a lot of people have. When we only eat the same fruit, we can be missing the healthy benefits other fruits have. I have done some research to find healthy fruits that will help us get the supplement that we need.
I love trying new foods. I found some fruits that we all need to try because they are good for you. I have seen these fruits in stores and never knew the nutritional value. I am going to make sure that I buy these fruits, and I hope that you do too. Here is the list:
Passion Fruit has vitamins A and C.
Star Fruit has only 40 calories and has vitamin C.
Acai berry is popular for weight loss.
Mango is pack with fiber, vitamins A and C, and potassium.
Papaya has vitamin C, potassium, and folate.
Guava has vitamin C.
Kiwifruit has potassium, vitamin C, and fiber.
