Day Three – Shopping at the Farmers Market

  1. Mind – Do a one minute meditation technique. Sit up straight in a chair and close your eyes.  Study on your breathing.  You do not have to control your breathing.  Focus your attention on your breathing flow.  If your mind warders bring your attention back to your breathing.  Do not criticize yourself because your mind wandered.   Believe it or not, you will be calmer after using this method.  So use it anytime and anywhere.
  2. Body – Drink 8 cups of water and Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes. Make sure you fill up with healthy snacks like fruit, protein, and veggies.  This will keep you from getting hungry and you will eat less.
  3. Soul – Read 2 Kings 19:29 And, this unto thee, is the sign – Eating, this year, the growth of scattered seeds, and, in the second year, that which groweth after, – then, in the third year, sow ye and reap, plant ye vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof;  Isa 37:30 And, this unto thee, is the sign, Eating this year, the growth of scattered seeds, And in the second year, that which shooteth up of itself, – Then in the third year, Sow ye – and reap, and Plant ye vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof.

Go to bed early.  Turn off the television and lights
