Day Ten – Self Love
- Mind- Self love is something that we need to be aware of. We all have it because we are born to protect ourselves and our love ones. Self love is not something that we need find but it something that we need to be aware of. I know that we all see people who do not show that they love themselves. They do this because of past infliction, fear, and doubt. These people feel that they are not worthy of love from themselves or anyone else. I feel that these thoughts cross all of our minds. The one thing that we have to do is fight these self criminating thoughts, so we can love ourselves. When you have these defeating thoughts, try a Three Minute Breathing Space meditation. I found this technique in the book Mindfulness. (references below) The first thing you have to do is become aware of the thoughts that are in your mind. Next you have acknowledged the feelings when you have these thoughts. You need to see how your body reacts to these thoughts. When I am stress, my voice is louder and my nose is squint. After you gather this info, flip the switch. Start your breathing technique. Concentrate on your breathing and the sensations in your body. If you fight these bad thoughts with these techniques, you will stop criticizing yourself.
- Body – Self love begins with paying attention to your needs, so do what is right. Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks to keep you from becoming hungry. Make sure that you get some fiber in your diet today. Work on some exercising techniques. Make sure you do a facial, pedicure, manicure, and massage.

- Go to bed early. Turn off the television and lights
