30 Day “Do You” Plan – Day Sixteen – Work and Play

Day 16 –Work and Play

  1. Mind-   This is a subject that we all need to examine because we spend most of life at work or working.  It is hard for us to balance our life when it comes to work.  Some of us take our jobs home even though we are off.  It is important to remember that you have to work hard and play hard.  So today I want you to find a space in your life where you can let go of work.  You can make the gym your special space, or the park.  You can put a big chair by the window with a throw or blanket.  You can even make your favorite restaurant or bar your special space.  As long as it is a place where you let go and let God.  You can have more than one special space because you need to use that space to either meditate, enjoy, or to master a skill.  This is why people have different hobbies for their special space.  Whatever you do, choose this space, so you can balance work and play.
  2. Body – Drink 8 cups of water. Pray over every meal.   It is recommended that you eat 2 to 3 cups of fruit and veggies a day. Pick up some Ginseng.  Ginseng will help you with your energy.  Get some fiber in your diet today, and get to moving.  Buy you a lunch bag.  You can fill up your bag with healthy foods and snacks to take to work.  I walk on lunch sometimes and you can do it also to get at least 15-30 minutes of cardio.
  3. Soul – Read: Psalm 128:2, Proverbs 23:4, Psalm 75: 6-7, Psalm 90:17, James 4:10, and  Proverbs 3:35


  1. Go to bed early. Turn off the television and lights
