Day Seventeen – Improvement

  1. Mind – Today you need to jolt downs some ways in your journal to improve your current state. Here is an example….” I want to improve my energy.  I can improve my energy by walking”.  It does not matter how healthy you think that you are, there is room for improvement.   You need to pick at least one ways to improve your mind, body, and soul.  Once you finished those three, you can start on three more.  Remember this plan is to help you stay aware and pay attention to your overall well being.  Hay (1994) wrote, “It is important to know I can make changes without seeing myself as a bad person”.
  2. Body – Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks, and exercise for at least 30 minutes. Make sure that you get some fiber in your diet today.  To make sure that you keep up with the improvements with your body, you need help. Find some apps that will help you with your goals.  There are apps that helps count calories, remind you to drink water, and give you low calorie recopies.  There are apps for everything today.  All you have to do is search your Apps store on Iphone and Google Play Store on your Androids.
  3. – Read: Pslam 1:1-2, Philippians 4:8, Romans 12:2, Ephesians 4:22-24 and Ephesians 5:15-16.
  4. Go to bed early. Turn off the television and lights.
