30 Day “Do You” Plan – Day one – Goals

Day one – Goals

  1. Mind – When we create harmony inside by thinking harmonious thoughts, then that energy goes out from us into the world, touching people and places and things.” By Louise Hay author of Meditations to heal your life. (p.105).
  2. Sit up in the bed with your eyes close and think of the goals that you have set for yourself. Now place yourself on auto pilot and let God’s grace help you to achieve your goals for today.  Do not worry about tomorrow.  Just focus on what is happening during the day.  Focus on your six senses today.
  3. Body – Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks to keep you from being hungry, so you will eat less; and exercise for 15 to 30 minutes. (We will exercise more in the future.)
  4. Soul – Read: Proverbs 16:3 commit your works to the LORD and your plans will be established.  Proverbs 16:9 The mind of man plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps.  Pray for God to help you commit to this plan.  Take 10 deep breaths before going to sleep.  Remember breathe in though your nose until your stomach is full of air then exhale through your mouth.  Take your time.

Go to bed early.  Turn off the television and lights.
