30 Day “Do You” plan – Day Four-Breaking Barriers

Day Four – Removing Barriers

  1. Mind – “No pain. No gain“ is a true statement. If we are not careful, we can let our problems and pain become barriers in our life. If we want to grow, we have to experience problems.  Hay (19940 wrote “As my mind can conceive of more good, the barriers and blocks dissolve.  My life becomes full of little miracles popping up and out of the blue.”  Whenever you come across a problem, use the one minute mediation technique to get through it. Then jot your blessings on posted notes.  Whenever you have a problem look at the posted note of your blessing.  That will remove the negative thought out of your mind.
  2. Body – Drink 8 cups of water and Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes. Make sure you fill up with healthy snacks like fruit, protein, and veggies.  This will keep you from getting hungry and you will eat less. Today we will eat yellow.  You can eat bananas, lemons, and squash.  I will eat squash.
  3. Soul – Laura Harris Smith (2016) stated, “A soul tie is a past or present unrestrained emotional state,  occurring in human relationships, that affects and interferes with your relationship with God.  We never want to hinder our relationship with God.  We have to make sure we do not let these blocks control our life.  Harris gave bible verses that showed soul ties.  Mark 10, Deuteronomy 13:6 and Hebrews 4:12 are good examples.  Also read I Thessalonians 5:23 to see how you can become whole with your spirit and soul.  Pray for forgiveness than go to bed early.  Turn off the lights and television.
