Day Eighteen – Rest with music

  1. Mind- Music is the greatest way to relax your mind and body. We have  all heard that music calms the wildest beast, so relax with some music.  I look at the musical “ The Black Nativity”.  I have never looked at the movie from beginning to end, but when I hear certain songs, I stop everything and listen. Relax yourself tonight by listening to some music.
  2. Body – Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks to keep you from becoming hungry. Make sure that you get some fiber in your diet today.  If you want to exercise try some yoga just before bedtime.
  3. Soul – Read: The Christmas Story – Luke 2:1-20
  4. Go to bed early. Turn off the television and lights.
