30 Day “Do You” Plan – Day Eight- Giving

Day Eight – Giving

  1. Mind-Self Love Technique – Remember to do your “One minute breathing techniques”. But I want you to do something that you like today.  You can read a book, go to the movies, spend time with a love one, or attend an event.  You know what makes you happy.  You have to take care of yourself, so do you by enjoying yourself.
  2. Body – Drink 8 cups of water and Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes. I want you to go shopping today for some vitamin supplements. You need A, B, C, D, and iron.  Your body is about to start changing and in this weather, you do not want to get sick.  I want you to write in journal how you are feeling. I mean physically and mentally.  If you are feeling poorly, stop the plan, and consult your physician.  Today I want you to eat smaller portions.  Snack on healthy foods.  You can nuts, fruits, and veggies.  I also want you to start research how are you going to get some extra fiber in your body.  I am going to buy a fiber drink.   There are some recipes on the internet for soups and other foods that you can use for fiber.  You can also use a tea or herbs.
  3. Soul – Give. This is the season for giving, so give.  Not the people on your Christmas list, but others.  You can give to the church.  You can give to a charity.  As long as you do this before December 31st, you can claim it on your taxes.  This is not the reason that  I am telling you to give, but it is an extra bonus.  This is one of the most important parts of being a believer.  Jesus gave so much, and we have to give too.  You have to do because we have to bring others to God.  People will see our love, and will seek his love.  Read:  Malachi 3:8-10.
