Day Twenty Six – Exercising
- Mind- When you exercise, make sure you bring a mindful and curious attitude to your body. Also practice your breathing while you are exercising. Tonight, soak your body in Epson salt, and put a candle in that bathroom. Make sure the lights are out, and relax. You can use the body scan technique to relax the body.
- Body – – Today, I attended a Boot Camp at Stax Exercising Center located on South Tryon Road, Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a free camp. I highly recommend you to try it out. I sucked because I am out of shape, but the trainers were cool and patient. I was the last person to finish every routine. They still high five me and that motivated me to try to work a little bit harder. I really like working out with other people, even though, I was the weakest link. I am going to find some other exercising groups to attend. They help motivate you to continue working out. I want to urge you to join an exercising group to join. You can anything that involves moving. Drink 8 cups of water; eat at least 4 healthy snacks to keep you from becoming hungry. Make sure that you get some fiber in your diet today. We have to work off that Christmas dinner.
