I have been dieting for the last three years only to gain weight. I have made up my mind that I will not do any more diets. I went to the bariatric clinic and was about to have the sleeve operations. I decided not to because I was told that I had to exercise and eat right after the surgery. I thought it was stupid to have surgery when I can loose the weight myself.
I am now speaking with a nutritionist. She wants me to eat 6 times a day. That is hard for me because I never eat breakfast. She explained that my body will store my food if I do not feed it regularly. So I am making myself to eat more times a day and I am using the “Loose It” app to keep up with calories.
I also found out that eating more protein and veggies will help you loose weight. I was told to eat 4 servings of veggies and protein per day. I have started drinking protein shakes which is new for me. I never used protein shakes before and I like buying the drink because it makes feel like a fitness guru.
I was also told to work out for 30 minutes a day , so I we will not gain any weight and we keep our heart healthy. Here are some websites that I found to give you some ideas on what exercise you can do in 15 minutes. You can also fit in a walk on our break. If you do two sets, that is a 30 minute workout. Don’t forget to drink your water.
